The LO Version is licensed to a single loan officer. It may also be installed in computers used by RE agents or builders.

Office Version - $795

The Office Version is licensed for use by all personnel in a single branch location. While there is no limit to the number of users, it is not licensed for installation outside the physical location of the branch.

Online Version - $195 to $295

The Online Version can be purchased for one year for $95/yr, two years for $78/yr or three years for $65/yr, plus a $100 setup fee.  The setup fee is waived for current software clients.
